This was taken on the eve of Mother’s Day this year. Clark surprised me with a trip to the beach. It’s so amazing how we can always find a part of the beach we haven’t seen before. The Pacific Coast is endless! Even in our own backyard, so fun!

Blue Moon
Experimenting with filters in Photoshop, by ‘accident’ I created this awesome effect. Wouldn’t that be incredible to walk into a world that looked like this for real? It was a beautiful day at the beach. This isn’t night, but it looks like an awesome avatar-like one!

Beach Glider
This past June Clark, and his parents and I were walking along our favorite beach in Malibu. This HUGE pelican was wobbling around. He looked old. Like he’s been on that beach for 100 years. He was nearly the same size as me and I wanted to get an up close picture of him. He started to hobble off and then stretched out his wings like he was going to fly away. That would have been a site! This is as far as he got. That would have been awesome to have seen him take off – he was HUGE!
